What are we proposing to our customers from Ho.Re.Ca. sector?
The LM high-spin washing machines series, available from 8 kg loading capacity for smaller facilities, and up to 125Kg loading capacity, suitable for large hotels. It is important to know how to properly design the dimensions of a laundry, especially concerning the washing stage, to avoid finding yourself in difficulty during the peak season, or excessively investing in an oversized and consequently expensive equipment for the business.
That is why we as IMESA rely on the knowledge and experience of our sales representatives and distributors to provide an excellent customer service. It is necessary to convert the activity of a hotel into kilograms, and consequently into the appropriate equipment, by analysing a number of various factors: bookings, weekly room changes, available space, working hours, connections. Only after gathering all this information, we can properly design the suitable laundry. LM models are valuable and intelligent tools for controlling and managing consumption and costs thanks to the IM11 touch screen and the IMESA IMConnect portal that communicates with the machine via Wi-Fi. The models of up to 32Kg loading capacity, mostly used in small/ medium sized hotels, are equipped with the Tap.Tech interactive label with NFC technology, that allows data exchange between the washing machine and a smartphone or a tablet; NFC is the technicians’ area, quickly and easy to be accessed through IMESA Laundry for You app.
All LM washing machines have the drum, the outer drum and the cross support made of AISI 304 STAINLESS STEEL. The well balanced hot and cold-water loading system allows significant energy savings. Designed with shock absorbers for maximum stability, reduced vibration and silent operation. Easy access to all mechanical and electronic parts facilitates easy maintenance. All washing machines can be equipped with automatic detergent dosing systems for up to 6 peristaltic pumps, in Easy or Smart version with wi-fi remote connection.

The ES tumble dryers’ line with loading capacities of 10-14-18- 23 and 34Kg is available in Easy Line and Smart Line versions to fully meet the drying needs of all types of accommodation facilities. ES Easy Line is equipped with an analogue control unit that controls the temperature through a digital thermostat. ES Smart Line is completed by an 
IM10 touch screen computer with infinite drying solutions and working parameters that can be changed when the drying cycle has started, and alternating the drum direction reversal, equipped as standard on all Smart models. The multi-step heating function guarantees optimal temperature management and consequently gentle garments treatment.
Smart models, Green models with heating pump and large loading capacity 55 and 75Kg models can be equipped with an IoT module for remote machine control. But our offer doesn’t end with washing and drying, it also includes a renewed flatwork ironers line – FI, available in two versions Easy and Smart, as well as the MCA and MCM drying ironers range for bedsheets, tablecloths and all flat linen generally.
