\nAt Texcare 2016 in Frankfurt, Ecolab launched its latest\u00a0program developed specifically for the workwear\u00a0treatment. Considering that the European workwear market has been expanding, Ecolab engaged its R&D\u00a0division in designing a new program that could meet\u00a0the growing needs of the clients.<\/p>\n

A single program for all workwear categories<\/strong>
\nPerformance Industrial has been developed to offer an\u00a0optimal washing process in a single solution aimed at\u00a0all the main workwear categories. The same program\u00a0can be used to remove mineral oils, typical of mechanical\u00a0industry and protein stains deriving from food\u00a0processing industry. It can also be adopted to both\u00a0wash and sanitize work uniforms, and clean technical\u00a0protective garments. The tests carried out by independent\u00a0laboratories and the results coming from the first
\nclients that decided to use Performance Industrial confirm\u00a0that the new formula of Performance detergent together\u00a0with the special \u201cboosters\u201d integrated into the\u00a0program can remove deep stains while protecting both\u00a0the fibers of the most delicate garments and the reflective\u00a0or fireproof parts of technical garments.
\nWhat is more, Performance Industrial, with the RKI certification\u00a0to disinfect at 55\u00b0 will undoubtedly enable the\u00a0laundries to decrease the washing temperatures which\u00a0will not only reduce energy consumption but also the\u00a0stress the garments undergo.<\/p>\n

\nThe Performance program is based on a highly concentrated \u00a0emulsion (Performance Emulsion) that applies\u00a0a new generation of surfactants and a mix of
\nparticularly efficient additives specially developed to\u00a0capture the soil and keep it in suspension. Ecolab, that\u00a0has been working on making its emulsion technology
\nperfect over the last years, can offer a solution that\u00a0can be simply dosed as a liquid and can offer the best\u00a0washing performance of both liquid and powders. Two
\nnew reinforcing surfactants developed by Ecolab have\u00a0been added to the base detergent (Performance Booster E and F) in order to remove the soil and to optimize
\nthe washing program according to various stain types.

The final important component of Performance program\u00a0is the alcaline booster (Performance Ultraboost).
\nIt is a completely new product that aims at stains removal\u00a0without causing any damage to fabrics; therefore\u00a0helping to protect the technical properties of the

Results<\/strong>
\nPerformance Industrial helps obtain the best washing\u00a0performance easily at the usual temperatures reducing\u00a0however, the amount of washing detergents to be used.
\nOn the other hand, in case of either high spin washing\u00a0machines or continuous batch washers, it is possible to\u00a0work at the same level of chemical products consumption\u00a0but at lower temperatures (from 85 to 60-65\u00b0C)\u00a0which saves energy and contributes to extending the\u00a0lifespan of fabrics and to improving garments quality to\u00a0the touch, and most of all, the wearers comfort.<\/p>\n
