A story of the passion for business that never forgets about the\u00a0importance of relations and solidarity in sharing objectives and hiring employees.\u00a0<\/strong>
\nNine years after Antonio Esposito founded it, its turnover today is six million euros a\u00a0year and it services seven thousand beds a day<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cListen Antonio, Italy is growing old.\u00a0The birth rate is going down. With all\u00a0that paper used in restaurants more\u00a0and more often, laundries should\u00a0start focusing on health care structures.
\nThey are the future business\u201d.
\nAntonio\u2019s surname is Esposito and\u00a0back then, at the time when he was\u00a0talking to that businessman, he worked\u00a0in sales at an industrial laundry\u00a0that serviced hotels and restaurants.
\nThe businessman\u2019s name was Maurizio\u00a0Normanni. \u201cHe was a real teacher\u00a0to me, even before he became\u00a0my responsible\u201d reveals Esposito.
\n\u201cWe should remember that it was\u00a02008, the year in which the longest \u00a0post war crisis exploded \u2013 adds Antonio\u00a0Esposito. \u2013 Yet, those words\u00a0were like seeds in my mind. I have always had an inclination for innovation.
\nSo, when I ran cross the\u00a0Rfid garments identification system\u00a0at Texcare in Frankfurt, I immediately\u00a0thought it would work perfectly\u00a0well at every nursing home as it is\u00a0necessary to deliver clean linen to\u00a0every single resident. It was intuition\u00a0that changed my life\u201d.
\nToday, the consequences are clear\u00a0to everyone. Three fully operating\u00a0industrial laundries under Wash-Service brand name are situated\u00a0in: Cesano Boscone, Segrate and\u00a0Valbrembo, within the range of 40\u00a0kilometres, in the provinces of Milan\u00a0and Bergamo. Nine years were\u00a0enough for Maurizio Normanni\u2019s\u00a0words to \u201ctrigger\u201d excellent effects\u00a0that made Antonio Esposito\u2019s business\u00a0stand out. He managed to\u00a0invent the activity from scratch. Today,\u00a0it makes a six million turnover\u00a0a year treating linen for seven thousand\u00a0beds a day and employing 42\u00a0permanent workers and a variable\u00a0number of the seasonal ones. The\u00a0clients\u2019 names include historical\u00a0nursing institutes for Lombardy\u00a0catholic culture: Opera Charitas\u00a0Sant\u2019Anna in Pavia, Monte Tabor\u00a0Associations, Don Gnocchi and\u00a0Sacra Famiglia foundations.
\n\"\"\u201cIf I think about how many people\u00a0would call me crazy back then while\u00a0I was about to make my big step
\nand while the Stock Market all over\u00a0the world was going down, I must\u00a0say I was aware of the risks I was
\nfacing \u2013 Esposito remembers \u2013 without \u00a0giving up on my passion for\u00a0work and the necessary patience
\nto try to sell an idea first, then the\u00a0services\u201d. Certain that a quick and\u00a0sure linen identification will bring
\nthe laundries into the future of health\u00a0care institutes, Antonio Esposito\u00a0after having bought his first
\nlaundry in Bergamo area in 2008,\u00a0presented his commercial proposal\u00a0in all the health care institutes over\u00a0the territory offering quarterly free\u00a0tests to demonstrate the value of\u00a0this highly innovative computerized\u00a0system.
\n\"\"The facts say he was right. In 2009,\u00a0Wash Service acquires an important\u00a0laundry service. He starts\u00a0working with Sacra Famiglia from\u00a0Cesano Boscone, a historical nonprofit\u00a0organization of Milan curia.
\nHere, as in all the Wash Service\u00a0structures, Antonio Esposito chooses\u00a0to hire not only highly professional\u00a0staff but people who agree\u00a0and follow his ideas. \u201cHuman factor\u00a0has a fundamental role in our business\u00a0history \u2013 explains Esposito.\u00a0\u2013 We believe that a business grows\u00a0faster and better by developing values\u00a0such as solidarity, collaboration\u00a0with other contacts, sharing objectives.
\n\"\"This is why there are African\u00a0refugees and people affected by\u00a0autism among our employees\u201d.
\nAt Sacra Famiglia, Wash Service\u00a0translates the philosophy into work\u00a0organization where the attention\u00a0to the needs of guests is thorough and detailed. We can perceive\u00a0it while observing the rigorous separation\u00a0of dirty linen from the clean linen in the laundry work areas\u00a0together with the \u201ctreats\u201d, e.g. a\u00a0washing machine for wheel chairs\u00a0to the disposal of the disabled, and\u00a0the attention paid to the preparation\u00a0of the bags with linen to give\u00a0back to guests. \u201cWe know how the\u00a0elderly and their families \u2013 Antonio\u00a0Esposito continues \u2013 want to trust\u00a0the laundry that will treat their linen,\u00a0which is the reason why we give\u00a0it back to them in the most gentle\u00a0and warm way so that they feel at\u00a0home with us\u201d.
\nThe owner of Wash Service talks to\u00a0us while we are visiting his factory\u00a0in Segrate, where Wash Service\u00a0acquired a \u201chistorical\u201d structure \u00a0the Casiraghi laundry. The whole\u00a0structure has undergone a progressive\u00a0restyling starting from the\u00a0entire floor dedicated to no-iron linen\u00a0that, as it does not need to be\u00a0ironed, its treatment is lighter and\u00a0with secure traceability. \u201cIt makes\u00a0part of the new entries of last years\u00a0\u2013 says Antonio Esposito. \u2013 We\u00a0could not miss them as that is our\u00a0business policy\u201d.<\/p>\n

Undoubtedly, this is the natural drive\u00a0towards the recent news and\u00a0new entries that together with the
\ndeep union with market changes\u00a0give Wash Service the necessary\u00a0thrust to new adventures. \u201cJust
\nlike the new contract signed with\u00a0a French multinational company,\u00a0Segesta \u2013 reveals Esposito \u2013 where
\nwe guarantee the coverage of\u00a01200 beds a day. The agreement\u00a0immediately started so well that we
\nare starting our new business in Livorno\u00a0together\u201d.
\nHere is the short (for now) yet, glorious\u00a0story of Wash Service, a slap\u00a0in the face of the crisis. \u2022<\/p>\n
