\n The tag provides a lot of useful details on the possible presence of\u00a0defects that are likely to become visible after laundering.<\/strong>

Comparing all the fibers that compose\u00a0a garment, variable by variable,\u00a0and keeping in mind the characteristics\u00a0of each fiber, we can\u00a0predict its behaviour during the use\u00a0(possible defects due to the wearing\u00a0of the garment that become\u00a0evident after laundering) and during\u00a0the maintenance, and act accordingly.

\nintegrity of the viscose threads and\u00a0the breaking of acetate threads.<\/p>\n

\nWhen acetate garments or an acetate\u00a0mixed with other fibers garments\u00a0are brought to a laundry, it is advisable\u00a0to check for the abrasions in the\u00a0areas most subjected to rubbing.

Today, new professional Wet Cleaning\u00a0washing machines are available\u00a0(the washing symbol is ). They
\nallow to wet clean any type of a\u00a0woolen garment without the risk of\u00a0felting.<\/p>\n

The washing procedure requires\u00a0quite a delicate approach together\u00a0with suitable products necessary to
\navoid felting.

\n– using products that lower the pH\u00a0and make it acid: in an acid environment,\u00a0wool does not felt as the
