All the ironing\u00a0tables by Battistella B.G. have two strong points\u00a0in common: the use of a touch screen and 20% energy\u00a0saving if compared to standard tables.
\nIt is a strategic choice that leads us to considering the\u00a0following elements:

\nIt is worth underlining that the warehouse, apart from\u00a0the latest \u201cnew entries\u201d, contains all the \u201cironing knowledge\u201d\u00a0reflected through: presses, toppers, steam generators,\u00a0packing machines, sanitizing cabinets and\u00a0various types of accessories and materials.
\n\"\"Actually, the machines designed here do not exclude\u00a0any type of ironing. Including the jackets of high-powered\u00a0motorcycle riders, the \u201cwindstoppers\u201d, tight and\u00a0\u201cimmune\u201d to tearing. When it comes down to washing\u00a0them, the ironing much depends on the shape of the\u00a0garment and the fabrics it is made of. \u201dWe needed to\u00a0adjust the tool, change it in the right way, as if it was\u00a0 a racing car on a track \u2013 explains Daniele Battistella.
\nIn case of that client, the ironing was challenging due\u00a0to the leather decorations inserted on jackets like this.\u00a0We quickly understood that it was the right mission\u00a0for Pegaso, our finisher equipped with a-10-litre boiler.
\n\"\"Once the necessary change was made, one of the ten\u00a0programs on the electronic panel was applied to finish\u00a0the garment. The client was very satisfied by the final\u00a0result. They can now produce and iron as many \u201cwindstopper\u201d\u00a0jackets as they want\u201d.
\n\"\"Having a look at Battistella B.G.\u2019s machines inside their\u00a0factory, we can see there are no functional problems\u00a0that the business cannot approach using their knowhow\u00a0and creativity. The universal skill acquired by this\u00a0business does not stop with the requests coming from\u00a0motorcycle riders. The focus also goes to the elegant\u00a0vintage shirts ironing. \u201cOur Portuguese client \u2013 says Daniele\u00a0Battistella \u2013 contacted us recently saying that he\u00a0wanted to launch a line of shirts that needed to have\u00a0that worn out, antique look when exposed in the shop\u00a0windows. Therefore, it was necessary to iron them still\u00a0wet, and fast, too, at a pace of a thousand pieces a day.
\n\"\"To obtain such result, we worked on the heat modification\u00a0within a work cycle so that the machines are heated just\u00a0enough for the ironing of wet shirts within the given timing\u201d.
\nAll this is a result of two trips to Portugal to keep and\u00a0develop the business contact with a client. All Battistella\u00a0B.G.\u2019s clients actually need to rely on an industrial\u00a0structure able to guarantee technologically advanced\u00a0series production combined with an artisan approach\u00a0to specific problems. \u201cToday, the market is extremely\u00a0dynamic \u2013 explains Daniele Battistella. \u2013 Consequently,\u00a0the competition is based on constant, sometimes\u00a0very small but decisive variations thanks to which the\u00a0machines become more incisive and performing. Depending\u00a0on the requests, our artisan creativity allows\u00a0us to work on any technological element that makes\u00a0the difference\u201d.
\n\"\"The \u201cTailor Made\u201d approach reflects the entire history\u00a0of Battistella B.G.. More than 40 years of company history\u00a0becomes a family history. It is a question of the\u00a0DNA, we could say. It is the know-how passed on generations\u00a0just like the latest irons called \u201cEos\u201d prove.
\nSince last year, every machine listed in the catalogue\u00a0have been equipped with one. The irons are\u00a0 extremely\u00a0appreciated by clients because of the vast range of\u00a0models to choose from according to the needs: large\u00a0plate, small \u201cdry\u201d plate or electronic models.

\nTheir oldest son Michele works with them while the\u00a0second born, Samuele, 19 years old, has become a
\ncycling champion. Their youngest son Stefano goes to\u00a0Elementary school, second grade.
