A 2022 full of satisfactions for Montega\u00ae, a company specialized in producing detergents and chemical products, based in Misano Adriatico (headquarter). There were 12 months characterised by many novelties: new product lines, new collaborations and new collaborators, new customers, new international certifications. An year of intensive work, restart and relaunch in all effects <\/strong><\/p>\n

EXPOdetergo International 2022 trade fair was an enthusiastic moment of reunion between Montega\u00ae and its longstanding customers, as emphasised also by the graphic on the booth wall, where Montega\u00ae is represented by the sun at the centre of an imaginary solar system surrounded by all its customers, collaborators and its products illustrated by the planets spinning around it. This four-yearly meeting confirmed and consolidated the loyalty of old and new customers towards the company and its recognised experience in the industrial laundry sector.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

But Montega has gained over the time another major point of strength: the possibility to produce and supply for the laundry sector, with the product customisation, labelling and packaging, estimated to bring around 20% of the company’s turnover. Montega’s R&D Laboratory has been expanded with new instruments and technologies, like the Gas Chromatograph, which is helping Montega to study the most long-lasting essences on fabrics and less volatile solvents. The Dynamometer and Martindale devices are testing the fabrics resistance to wear, as well as after different treatments. Finally, the UV and IR spectrometry is a method that allows to analyse new products. This has enabled the development of new production lines, among which \u201cMontega\u00ae for energy saving\u201d, a flagship product of 2022.<\/p>\n

Following this innovation mindset, it was created the Monten\u00ae White System, the new bleaching system for linen, an improved bleaching product compared to chlorine, with better results for certain types of stains such as those of protein nature, without causing any potential damage as in the case of hypochlorite bleaching. This system is already operational in several industrial laundries in Italy and worldwide that, thanks to the Monten\u00ae White System, are able to preserve their linen for longer time. We are putting at disposal the necessary documentation and the instructions regarding the product quantities that needs to be used for the development of your laundries.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

In fact, Montega is not only offering special chemical products, but also latest-generation automatic systems for continuous batch washers and washer-extractors that can be managed remotely, and a new network of technicians all over Italy that guarantees a complete and prompt service. Not forgetting to mention the importance of formation, for which Montega it is regularly offering industry-specific training courses and webinars, also at the request of its customers and collaborators.<\/p>\n

The classes are being held periodically at M-Lab in Riccione, with the participation of the industry organisations and our dealers\/resellers. Montega is proud of being leader in the sector of textile treatments upstream the supply chain, therefore, these meetings are crucial for providing the best solution to the many problems that might arise in the professional washing and dry-cleaning world.<\/p>\n

The UNI EN ISO ISO9001 (quality), ISO14001 (environment) and ISO14006 (Ecodesign) certifications are driving all Montega employees in a virtuous circle of development. Besides an additional number of GOTS-certified products, last year, our company obtained also the certification of compliance with the 3rd level of ZDHC MRSL, a new international recognition for the products and the company, in accordance with the ZDHC guidelines for safer chemicals used on textiles and produced in a responsible manner.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Level 3 is the highest standard, recognised only for few companies in the world. Moreover, Montega’s chemical management, already in compliance with the ZDHC standards since 2016, is strongly structured to face and solve the binding commitments dictated by an increasingly stringent and complex regulatory framework: Montega’s chemical products fulfill the requirements not only of 2.0 ZDHC, but of all the specifications that the various brands adopt to guarantee the safety of their articles.<\/p>\n

Montega has overcome the difficult times experienced by the textile care sector, especially by the Italian one, by focusing on for- mulations capable of guaranteeing maximum effectiveness while working in the conditions imposed by the new global energy framework: using as less water as possible in washing (checked in our M-Lab, an application laboratory with the latest 4.0 generation of machines) and product efficiency even when using cold water.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Thanks to this and to its consolidated presence on the foreign markets, Montega is now ready to support all those companies, in Italy and worldwide, that want to restart with innovative and quality textile treatments. It is not a coincidence that in 2022 Montega started to cultivate crops of dyeing plants, perfectly integrated with the rotation of the great agricultural tradition in Italy, thus reinforcing its availability of natural dyes for the textile sector and underlining its confidence in the added value of the Made in Italy.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Looking towards the implementation of the best available technologies also for the wastewater purification systems, Montega in M-Lab, its applications laboratory based in Riccione, has installed a high-efficiency biological purification system. In the new plant, the sludge is activated by specific enzyme strains that are attacking and degrading the substances resulted from the unit’s treatments. In this way, the water is purified without using the substances used in traditional purification processes, such as polyelectrolytes and hydroxides, while the resulting sludge is completely biodegradable. Furthermore, most of the purified water is reused in the next washing cycles. Stenilio Morazzini, the CEO of the company since 2000, takes this opportunity to thank to the ENTIRE Montega\u00ae team that has been working for years to achieve the company’s goals.<\/p>\n
