\"\"<\/a>After a couple of tumultuous months, Burnus Professional has returned to its place in the Italian market. The person responsible is Loris Fazzari, sales executive for Italy. A man with a lot of experience in the industry since he started as a service technician almost 20 years ago. Now he is motivated to show the Italian market what Burnus Professional is capable of in terms of product quality, sustainability and service.<\/p>\n

We interview Loris Fazzari, who have been actively working for Burnus Professional for a couple of months now.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Can you describe the path, which led you to your position with Burnus today?<\/strong>
\nLet\u2019s say, I entered the industry by chance in 2005 as a service technician, but I was immediately fascinated. I got the chance to discover the technology behind the chemicals, and the passion of the entire organization and for its own products. I got the opportunity to travel the world and see different realities of the industry and managed the technical assistance as a service manager, before I switched to sales representative in 2014. The opportunity, to work for Burnus Professional was attractive because of the product, the customer-centered innovation, the focus on environmental protection and of course the sense of family that the whole group conveys. From research and development, laboratory all the way to delivery, the whole chain seems to have a common mission and passion for the company, products and the customers.<\/p>\n

What is unique about Burnus Professional?<\/strong>
\nAs Burnus Professional we have a focus on environmental friendliness and are undoubtedly innovative in this regard with our Eco Label line and beyond. We have been present in Italy for more than ten years with first-class customers, who reward us with their trust for our professionalism, closeness to the customer, as well as the quality of our products. I am very passionate about our mission to care for the environment without forgetting the importance of product performance to ensure the same quality standards as traditional chemicals.<\/p>\n

How would you describe the development since you joined the company?<\/strong>
\nSince I joined the company, we have consolidated relationships with existing customers and started to promote the company and products in the territory with a positive response from the market. Although competition is strong, we are managing to acquire new customers and new opportunities.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Which Burnus Professional products range or washing methods are most special?<\/strong> At Burnus Professional we have a wide range of products that can meet the needs of a complex market like ours. First and foremost, I have to say our Green Line, our modular product system for more sustainable washing, certified with the EU Ecolabel and fully designed to support more sustainable commercial laundry services. When combined with an automatic dosing system, the Green Line products create significant savings on detergents and chemicals with minimal impact on the aquatic ecosystem. Other than that, I\u2019d say Trisanox is one of our unique selling points. Replacing the normal peracetic acid (PAA) used, we generate it in site and this offers more flexibility, we can have disinfection at 60* (certified by the Robert-Koch-Institute). This preserves the life and quality of the linen, which we know is the primary asset of the industrial laundry. Regarding the handling of the goods TRISANOX does not require special ADR transport and it is not subject to special storage conditions. It makes it easier for the customer to use in the laundry.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The DR.SCHNELL group in Germany is known for its customer service. How do you guarantee the same service quality and reliability in Italy?<\/strong>
\nOur technicians undergo constant training at our division in Steinau, Germany, and this guarantees service aligned with the German standard, obviously without neglecting the uniqueness of the Italian market. Which are the reasons for relaunching your presence in Italy and what is unique about the Italian market? The Italian market is very fractionated, it has about 500 laundries of various sizes. Finding a common solution is a unique feat but we at Burnus Professional have done it. Thanks to the range of our solutions, we are able to meet a labyrinth of case studies and needs with chemicals and washing methods that are unique to the Italian market.<\/p>\n

Which challenges do you see coming for the industry?<\/strong>
\nAnd how is Burnus Professional equipped to face these challenges? In the next ten years the market will be completely different. Undoubtedly the challenges of today and tomorrow revolve around environmental sustainability and emissions. We are pioneers in eco-sustainability and innovation in this field, which is a driver of the whole DR. SCHNELL group. We feel socially responsible to the environmental future and for the next generation, so we have been working in this direction for many years. We are able to design and produce highly effective, more sustainable products that guarantee customer expectations for performance, hygiene and respect for fabrics.<\/p>\n

For the first time in eight years, the international trade fair Texcare International is returning. What do you expect from the fair? And what do you want to achieve at Texcare?<\/strong>
\n\"\"<\/a>Finally, we have regained normalcy! I expect both local and international interest in our company. Texcare will give us the opportunity to make the level of technology we have achieved visible to our customers, the cutting edge of research in the chemical and environmental field. This will give our customers the opportunity to achieve an important goal: chemistry that respects the environment and future generations. What is your message for your existing and future customers?<\/strong> A generation is growing up that is already taking responsibility for our planet. This generation makes all decisions, from consumption to choice of companies, based on what is good for the environment.
