The continuous and uncontrolled cost increases of the last few months, are also severely affecting our sector, and slowing down a recovery that seemed strong and stable. This is why, the alternative solvent machines, without a distiller are experiencing a second renaissance, thanks to the ability of these solvents to remove dirt completely, even with a simple filtration.
Eliminating the use of the distiller (lowering the production cost and therefore the sales costs compared to the machines equipped with a distiller) the water and the electricity consumption are reduced to more than half, lowering the costs, gives a better and stronger position to the laundry shop compared to its competitors, generating much lower cost for cleaning the garments.
It should also be added that these machines are easier to be handled and maintained than the ones using perchlorine.
ITALCLEAN has been building and selling these machines for about ten years, in every corner of the world. The most common are the DT200NS and DT300NS, with a capacity of 11 and 15 kg, but there are available larger models, and also suspended models (equipped with shock absorbers) reducing the complete cycle to less than 45 minutes.
