What is more, Maestrelli has been the first Italian producer ever. In spite of the global pandemic against which each of us has been forced to fight on the daily basis for months now, the company managed not to stop the production. While developing the machines continuously, the company focused more and more on optimizing and shortening the washing cycles, reducing the consumptions while contributing to a lower environmental impact at the same time. Also, thanks to the introduction of the new i-touch computer, the experience of garments cleaning has become even more simple and satisfactory.
Our multi-solvent machines without distillation are equipped with a double filtering system based on a nylon powder filter and an active carbon filter. The filters allow to clean the solvent in absence of the distillation and guarantee the reduction in water, solvent/steam consumptions.
The range of machines by Maestrelli includes both more “traditional” perc machines of the Energy line (at the moment, we notice for example that the north of Africa and the Middle East markets, where perc still reigns supreme, are the first two to give solid, clear and encouraging signals of recovery) and multi-solvents machines able to use any alternative solvent to perc. The line Dream Clean is currently available on the world market.
Apart from dry-cleaning, the company has been active for many years now also in the production of washers and driers. Recently, the business has developed a line of barrier washer extractors as well (for hospitals and health care sector mainly but not only, given the “strange” time we are living) with two capacity models, 35kg and 70kg (XWB series) and an ozone hygienizing cabinet (MX) to sanitize garments, bags, helmets and shoes within just 15 minutes.
