Our machines have always been recognized for their reliability, resistance, easy use and energy saving; as far as the latter goes, we should definitely mention our Dream Clean line of multi-solvent machines without distillation that offer a reduced use of the energy, water and solvent thanks to a double filter system based on a particular rotation nylon filter and a large, ultra-filtering one. The filters allow to obtain a clean solvent easily and constantly.
What is more, a particular closed-circuit cleaning cycle developed by Maestrelli (without any external contamination) turns out to be ideal to guarantee the disinfection and sanitizing of garments, even of the delicate ones, which was not possible until some time ago.
Finally, let us underline the very low running costs of our latest series where the consumptions have been reduced by 30%.
Our production also includes washers ranging from low, medium and high extraction velocity with models starting from 8kg capacity to 120kg capacity units. Let us not forget about the XWB models, barriers washer extractors with the capacity up to 70kg (provided with two doors, one to upload the garments and the other to take them out at the end of the cycle so that any possible viral contamination is avoided). They are particularly suitable for medical/hospital fields.
As far as tumble dryers are concerned, they obviously can’t be missing from our range of products. Their capacity ranges from 10kg to 120kg, including the closed-circuit line (the machines do not need to be provided with any external systems for the hot air) that allow to obtain significant results in terms of energy saving.
In the time of COVID, we would like to focus on our hygienizing cabinet MX that allows to sanitize garments such as jackets, pants, sweaters, bath robes, uniforms, workwear, motorcycle suits, sports helmets, shoes, boots as well as fabrics, e.g. towels, duvets, pillows, curtains, bed covers, etc.
What hotel or restaurant (it is enough to consider work uniforms worn by waiters and cleaning service staff) as well as a manufacturer or a laundry (including self-service structures because we also provide models with token dispensers or token dispenser and a key for self-service laundries!) could think of doing without it?
The hygienizing/sanitizing action of MX is obtained in a natural way without using any chemical products thanks to the ozone produced by a special generator. Ozone is a natural, strongly oxidizing gas whose molecules are formed by three oxygen atoms.
The structure of ozone makes it an extremely reactive molecule able to oxidize and therefore eliminate bacteria, mold, fungus, insects, viruses and all the chemical molecules causing bad, irritating smells that can be eliminated as well.
Moreover, as far as time goes, sanitizing is carried out very quickly which contributes to high profitability!
