2020 was a particular year for everyone and also at Pony, we had to face the difficulties due to the pandemic. We have taken it as an opportunity to dedicate more time to the design and study of new solutions and to improve customer service.
In our shirt finishers range you will find all the experience and the most advanced technologies to ensure high productivity and quality of ironing, combined with careful energy saving:
- Pony Sleeve Technology, for shirt’s plackets finishing;
- Pony H.A.R.S. Technology, for the recapture of hot air;
- Pony Touch Technology, for the total control over the machine, even from remote;
- Pony No-Shine Technology, to avoid any shine on dark fabrics.
Pony offers its customers solutions to meet their needs and requirements.
By combining the use of a shirt finisher with a Collar & Cuff press, for example, you can achieve an hourly production of 120 shirts!
For some time now Pony has also paid attention to the specific needs of Wet Cleaning.
For the finishing of wet and/or dry-cleaned garments Pony offers different solutions, among which recommends:
- Formplus-S tensioning form finisher for outwear that allows a quick positioning of the garment without modifying its original shape, thanks to:
- vertical tensioning to find the height of the garment by using a photocell;
- 2 pneumatic shovels, front and rear;
- 2 pneumatic clamps, to hold the jackets side air-vents.
- The MPT-DL tensioning trousers topper, fully automatic for both waistband positioning and leg tensioning.
In order to help facing the current difficulties, we have extended the range of sanitising products. In addition to the OZOCAB cabin, we present the new OZOCUBO for sanitising of environments.
With OZOCAB and OZOCUBO you can sanitise any type of garment, shoes, hats, motorbike or ski helmets as well as hotel rooms, offices and shops.
Ozone, besides eliminating bacteria, odours, mites etc., inactivates viruses including COVID 19, according to the certification carried out by Nara Prefecture Medical University in Japan and Japan MBT.
STEAM, which Pony has always known and used, is also very suitable for sanitising.
For this reason, SANI-BABY and SANI-PRO were born. Thanks to a high steam pressure and the Vertigo device, these products offer a professional sanitisation of clothes, environments and surfaces.
Following our continuous improvement objective, we have not stopped investments in PONY in 2020:
- we have included two large vertical warehouses to improve logistics and procurement;
- we have installed a new 300 kW photovoltaic system, which began production at the beginning of August. In just 4 months we have avoided the emission of 34,450kg of CO2 equivalent to more than 1,000 trees planted. We are proud to declare that all our machines are and will be produced with clean energy;
- we have restructured our reception and all access management to the company to ensure greater security.
