By joining Renzacci this important factor is immediately perceived for many reasons, starting from the fact that it is a double wheel company, present in both dry-cleaning and wet cleaning sectors with a products catalogue that has one single guideline, the quality. This characteristic has been maintained by Renzacci since its very beginning in 1965, starting from this moment the company from Città di Castello (Perugia) has always remained proudly Italian with a property that continues to invest every day to combine an almost sixty-year experience with an extraordinary vocation for the product and process innovation.
This winning strategy was created by the founder of this company, Comm. Azelio Renzacci and it continued with the sons Gabrio and Donatella Renzacci who have been at the helm since 2001 and already the third generation is growing up with Lucia and Valentina Renzacci to continue this important mission. Passion for the territory, desire to contribute to its industrial and civil development have constituted the further founding pillars of Renzacci, with a clear vision, however, to international markets as a strategic priority for the expansion of the company, which today is present in over 130 countries in the world.
In fact, just to give an example. Since the early ‘70s, Renzacci has been present in the USA and Japan and in the second half of that decade, the business started working in China as well, even before this important economy would open to the international free market. Reason and evidence, at the same time, of this important presence on a world scale are the many Patents obtained thanks to the constant work on research and development carried out in cooperation of important Universities and Institutes operating at an international level.
Among the many examples, we can briefly underline the collaboration with the University of Bologna and the one with the Microbiology Department of Perugia University, that allowed to construct and patent a washing system that sanitizes and inactivates the presence of bacteria in the cleaned fabrics. Not to forget about the Speed Master, a crown jewel of the business that allowed to reduce the time of a normal cleaning cycle by 50%. Last but not least is worth to remember that Renzacci was awarded with important SMART LABEL prize, the initiative promoted by Host – Fiera Milano and by POLI.design (Consorzio del Politecnico di Milano), that grants prizes to products distinguished by their innovative characteristics in terms of functionality, technology, environmental awareness and ethics.
The prize was given to ECOSAVER SYSTEM, an integrated system composed of a last generation washing machine and a low energy consumption dryer with a total recovery of the air flow that allows to save 40% of energy and up to 60% of water. However, the company’s activities do not come down to garments cleaning machines only. The business also produces sole degreasing machines and metal degreasing machines, and is active in other sectors (automotive, aerospace, refrigeration, precious materials such as gold and silver).
Today the company has many challenges ahead, and the most important of them will be to provide effective answers to the various demands coming from every corner of the world. Also, for this reason Renzacci allows the business to offer one of the most complete machines range in the world today with more than 295 models and versions that meet the market requests from 130 countries where the company is present. Their dry-cleaning machines models range from 6 to 160 Kg capacity and offer an incredibly rich number of versions that do not only use traditional solvents but they also work with natural solvents, e.g., the new series of BIO DRYCLEANING MACHINES. Among the most important ones there is the latest generation of the EXCELLENCE 2.0 series and NEBULA 2.0 machines. All the machines have been designed to efficiently work with solvents like SENSENE®, INTENSE®, SOLVON K4®, GREEN EARTH®, HIGLO®, etc.
Industrial washing machines from 8 to 120 Kg capacity also offer a vast choice of versions;
a) soft mounted high spin versions;
b) hard mounted drum versions with high extract speed;
c) hard mounted drum versions with regular extraction.
Tumble dryers range from 9 to 120 Kg capacity, offer a wide choice of models and stacked dryers. Drying ironers: the models range from small versions to those with the ironing surface of 3.2 m.
