How can high performance be combined with careful attention to costs, and especially to energy savings, when it comes to professional tumble dryers? Traditional drying system or heating pump, which are the limitations and potentials? Tumble dryers that occupy less and less space thanks to solutions that prioritize versatility and functionality. Costs and time savings, short cycles, and high evaporation rates. Even the latest generation dryers focus on ergonomic solutions that are increasingly essential in a professional context, as in a laundry, the tasks are continuous and repetitive, exposing workers and/or users to injuries and/or musculoskeletal occupational illnesses. What are the regular maintenance requirements of a tumble dryer? Has digitalization brought significant advantages for these machines as well? Are your models equipped with displays that simplify their operation? Which are the features, strong points, and virtues of the equipment you offer to the market?

ALLIANCE LAUNDRY SYSTEMS PRIMUS

“The Primus brand is dedicated to sustainable development through innovative technology. Our European designers have enhanced our tumble dryers for better energy efficiency, connectivity, and performance, leading to the new Primus TX Series. These industrial dryers blend advanced technology with environmental responsibility. The Primus TX Series offers superior performance on a compact footprint. Optimized airflow improves efficiency, reduces drying times, and lowers energy consumption. Enhanced insulation minimizes heat loss, while a larger 360-liter drum increases capacity, aligning well with washer output. Key features include frequency inverter-controlled motors for flexibility and efficiency, plus a drive belt tensioning system that stays optimal naturally. The compact heat recovery system adds efficiency without enlarging the dryer’s footprint, and moisture sensors prevent overdrying. Ergonomics are integral to the TX Series, with user-friendly controls, an intuitive touch screen, and improved door handles. The display provides vital information and maintenance alerts, ensuring smooth operation. Maintenance is easy with a user-friendly lint filter and better access to key components. Short cycles and high evaporation rates are prioritized to save costs and time. The Primus TX Series combines technology and ergonomic design for unrivaled efficiency and ease of use.” •

BRENTARENO

Our company is proud to introduce the new type of ecological closed-chamber tumble dryers. Knowing that dryers are among the most energy-consuming machines in laundries, Brentareno has developed the most efficient drying system on the market, a project that is also dedicated to protecting the surrounding environment. Brentareno’s technology further reduces the actual working time of the machine, ensuring a significant reduction in electricity costs, despite using only 6 kW for the electric heating elements. Our tumble dryers, designed without the need for air exhaust, are capable of producing and recovering hot water up to 63°C, which can be reused in washing machines. We are talking about a tumble dryer that requires minimum maintenance, integrated with the TOUCH II microprocessor and equipped with remote connectivity via IoT. All information from the machines is sent to mobile devices, enabling a more secure and efficient management and control system. Additionally, they feature the innovative BRENFILT® system, patented by Brentareno, for automatic filter cleaning, ensuring it operates at peak performance and reducing drying times. The Ecological Dryer not only respects the environment but also allows for cost reductions of up to 58% compared to traditional dryers. Investing in quality and efficiency means investing in the future. •

ELECTROLUX PROFESSIONAL

For over 120 years, Electrolux Professional has been developing energy-efficient laundry solutions, helping customers to reduce environmental impact and the consumption of energy, water, and detergents, while lowering operating costs. The Electrolux Professional Line 6000 is the result of 20 years of research and innovation in washing, drying, and finishing all types of fabrics. The Line 6000 tumble dryers are equipped with advanced technology that drastically reduces drying times and ensures over 60% energy savings, offering the shortest drying time on the market. The new TD6-11 heating pump tumble dryer can dry an 11 kg load in just 38 minutes and reduces water consumption by 8-10 liters per cycle, saving over 300.000 litres over the product’s lifetime. Like all Electrolux Professional heat pump dryers, it is ERGOCERT certified. Finally, the TD6-11 offers simplified maintenance thanks to a three-filter system that is easy to clean, reducing service interventions and maximizing efficiency and durability. •

IMESA

The ES Dryer Line of tumble dryers is the main innovation from IMESA’s offering for 2025. While we plan to reveal the details of the new range through a dedicated publication and launch in the nearest future, we are pleased to take this opportunity to share some key elements considered the foundation of this project.
• The range consists of three distinct lines: Easy, Smart, and Premium, differentiated by control units, equipment, and functions. This approach aligns with the company’s strategy of addressing various end-user types with a diversified offering, both economically and functionally, while maintaining performance targets;
• IMESA’s offering is expanded with new capacities to meet the needs of a wide variety of customers, from smallest businesses to industrial laundries with significant hourly productivity requirements;
• A special focus on energy consumption and installed power to reduce operational costs while maintaining quality and results. Versatility, also in terms of energy consumption, will be a hallmark of IMESA’s new range;
• Performance optimization is achieved through improved heat exchange efficiency, a new axial airflow design, and enhanced machine engineering. The goal of the new ES Dryers range is to guarantee high performance with reduced time and energy consumption, while maintaining the utmost care and respect for fabrics. •

RENZACCI

Renzacci Spa, manufacturing a very wide range of tumble dryers from 9 to 80 kg (20 to 176 lbs)—now including the new model of 18 kg/40 lbs loading capacity, firmly believes that the future trends will require dryers equipped with the following crucial features:
• Elimination of expensive and complex air and gas exhaust systems;
• Extremely reduced energy consumption and installed power;
• Flexibility to dry even the most delicate garments without thermal stress;
• The ability to provide and receive useful information to run the business in line with latest information technology also known in Italy under the name of 4.0 Industry.
Renzacci has created the exclusive series of closed-circuit dryers “RZ” PLUS, with total recovery of the air flow, a great example of originality and pulling down of the management costs, with a huge number of advantages, among which it is worth mentioning the fact of completely eliminating any need for external pipes and/ or expensive and bulky exhaust hoods. Therefore, no holes and/or structural modifications on buildings, with in addition the remarkable advantage of great savings in energy consumption! Additionally, the new total air diffusion drying system with a dual crossed-vortex airflow delivers progressive and gentle drying, minimizing thermal stress on garments, preventing colour fading, and preserving the natural softness of fibres. This is the reason why Renzacci is the only company worldwide currently able to offer tumble dryers that are particularly effective and specifically designed for performing WET CLEANING techniques. These characteristics, together with the enhanced system for control of residual humidity on garments, make this series particularly appreciated also in the drying of knitwear and of particularly fine and delicate clothes. •
