The Automation Division of Zucchetti presents the new automated linen distribution systems, an evolution of previous solutions, designed to enhance efficiency, functionality, and traceability within the supply chain.
- Titan 900 Standard Series is the new automatic rotary dispenser for flat linen, folded
uniforms, sanitary clogs, sterile kits, and personal protective equipment (PPE). The system can manage items with or without integrated RFID tags, offering up to 900 slots of varying sizes, optimizing the occupied space in less than 1 square meter. Key features include automatic opening and closing of the doors for assisted loading and flexible management of items, whether individually or in sets. Slots size can be customized for the insertion of different-sized articles (e.g., complete outfits for operators in a small operating room). - 900 Slim Series, is designed for limited space and offers the same functionalities as
the Standard Series but with compact dimensions, making it ideal for restricted areas such as hospital - T01 Dispenser represents an evolution in the management of packed linen, allowing for quick loading of stacked items such as shirts, trousers, or scrubs, thus optimizing the work of operators. When combined with the 900 Series, the T01 allows the management of individual items and sets, improving overall efficiency.
