The appointments are then written down and sent to an Android app onto a mobile device. The operators will be able to consult an everyday list of the assigned routes and the relative priorities directly on their tablets or cell phones.
During the delivery tour, the transfer of material is mapped and promptly confirmed through the registration of customers’ signatures directly on the mobile device.
This allows the back office to have a full control of the carried out activities at all times. In the same way, it is possible to extract reports and analyze the service patterns to identify any possible weaknesses.
