When a customer drops their garments at the nearest Lavasecco point, a barcode is assigned to each garment so that it can be recognized, and a customer is given a receipt with a QR code so that it is possible to automatically pick up the garments when ready through a pick-up door, which allows to avoid long queues at the counter.

What is more, customers can receive a personal card on request, that can work as a pre-paid card. Thanks to the card, it is possible to receive a message when garments are ready for pick-up. Registered customers will also receive a QR code by an e-mail or they can register through an App for smartphones to trace their garments and check the residual amount of the subscription as well as manage the drop and pick-up of garments. Finished garments are traced by the barcode and each customer’s garments are grouped together. Their position is then matched to the QR code as ready for pick-up. Lavasecco also offers workwear treatment by picking up and delivering workwear directly to companies with each item traced.
